Returns

1. I want to return my purchase! What do I do? Please bring the item and proof of purchase to our Customer Service counter and we will gladly issue a refund if the item is in a re-sellable condition. We have a 30 day return policy.

2. Can I exchange my order instead of returning it? Of course! One of our associates can help with finding exactly what you need for an exchange.

3. How long does it take for me to get a refund? Refunds from purchases using bank cards typically take 2-3 days.

Products

1. What are the different brands you offer? In addtion to being an Ace Hardware, Black Bird stocks hundreds of brands across the wide variety of merchandise we carry. Our goal is to carry best-in-class products at the best prices possible.

2. Do you provide guarantee/warranty on the products?

3. I want to know if you carry a specific brand/product? Absolutely! Please call us or email hello@theblackbird.com. If we don’t carry the brand you are looking for we’ll do our best to get it for you or help you find something comparable.

Payment Information

1. Do you accept International credit cards? Black Bird accepts Visa, Mastercard and Discover.

2. Do you charge sales tax on any item? No. Black Bird is located in the beautiful Rogue Valley of Medford, Oregon. The state of Oregon does not charge sales tax on purchases.

3. What forms of payments do you accept? Black Bird accepts cash, check, debit and credit card.

Delivery

1. How long will it take to get my order? We can special order just about anything in the departments we carry. Just give us a call! We are also an Ace Hardware and customers can order Ace merchandise and pickup at our store with no shipping charges.

2. What shipping carriers do you use? We commonly use UPS or FedEx, but we are happy to consider any means to get you the special product you need.

3. Are there any extra shipping charges? When making a purchase through Ace Hardware, shipping to our store is free. Shipping any other merchandise from our store to you would incur a charge.

4. Where do you ship? Give us a call or email hello@theblackbird.com. We will do whatever we can to get you the item you need.
